It is known as very deep local market street in Nada-ward, in Kobe. Suidosuji means “water works street”, which was built aroud 1926, on the pipeline of water laid between Nishinomiya and Kobe.

Nowadays as you know small market street needs rebitalize even as large shopping centre are becoming more popular. Suidosuji market street is loved by local people very much because of their unique and traditional shops.

In this tour, you can explore deep inside the market street, even more backside of the shops on the main street. We’re going to buy the lunch together and see owners of the shops, and have lunch together at the local community centre. It is not like a fancy restaurant, but you will find new friends and feel warm atmosphere in Kobe.
