ステージでは音楽や英語落語！
兵庫国際交流会館は、世界各国からの留学生が200名近く滞在しています。兵庫県内ほか様々な大学や機関に在籍し、勉学に励んでいます。このお祭りではありとあらゆる国籍の留学生が皆さんをお迎えするほか、大学コンソーシアムひょうご神戸加盟校に在籍する日本人大学生、教職員、また加盟校以外の教育機関に属する学生によるパフォーマンスやブース展示などをご覧いただけます。
1階では、世界各地の料理が食べられるワールドフードスタンド！留学生が本場の料理をふるまいます。2階ではお琴・空手・書道・お茶などの日本文化体験や国際協力入門セミナー、3階では学生たちの熱気あふれるパフォーマンスがお待ちしています！！

Seminar for beginners of international cooperation
兵庫県国際交流協会（HIA）、JICA関西、JETRO神戸との共催で、国際協力にこれから関わっていきたいすべての人へ、「自分流で世界と繋がる」きっかけをつくります！参加者ひとりひとりが「今日からできる国際協力」を具体化します。

国際交流・国際協力活動紹介や、普段学校で取り組んでいる研究紹介、部活・サークル活動紹介、キッズ向けお楽しみ企画ブースなど!! どなたでも楽しんで頂ける内容です。

多国籍の学生・教職員による音楽や踊りなどの舞台発表！落語in Englishにもチャレンジします！大笑い間違いなし。留学生による民族衣装でのおもてなしもあります。留学生ひとりひとりと、たくさん会話してください。ここでしか出会えない国籍の人もいます！さああなたは一日で何か国の留学生と話せるでしょうか？

| World food stands | Cook meals for 60 up people, at the festival. Food of overseas cooked by international students are welcome. 1 food stand by a few students is also good. Some of instruments for cooking are rental. | 10000 yen for preparation. Please sell your food for appropriate price. Surplus sales money is yours. |
| Booth presenter | Please present your research activities in your school or university. Also it is welcome if you make children fun by having games or other interact activities. | 10000yen for 1 booth, for preparation. |
| Music performer | Music players are wanted. Sing a song, play something musical instruments, anything is welcome. Please ask if you need help or need money for moving musical instruments. | 2000yen per each performer. Up to 10000yen is provided for 1 group. |
| English Village in HIH EXPO | The main purpose of this program is enhance communication between visitors and international students!! International students in clothes of one’s home country, and hold a booth in Multi Purpose Hall in HIH, for about an hour. The visitors can come to your booth and talk to you. Please introduce about yourself and your country, and not only talk but also ask anything to Japanese people you would like to know. | 2000yen per each international student |
| RAKUGO in English Challenger | Japanese traditional comedy “RAKUGO” on the stage! Anyone can challenge. 15 to 30 seconds for each dialog. You can challenge RAKUGO in English and make the audience laugh a lot. Participants practice the dialog in advance, under the guidance by Englishl RAKUGO player. Please don’t worry! | None |
